Were you there? Tell us.
The best reporting starts with people who saw it happen. If you witnessed something that matters, or you know something the public should, tell our editors.
What we want to hear about
- Something you saw — an event, an accident, a protest, a flood, a celebration.
- Something you know — a decision, a document or a problem in your community that has not been reported.
- Photos and video you took yourself — upload them to Google Drive, Dropbox or YouTube and paste the link.
What we do with it
An editor reads every message. We check what you tell us before we publish anything, and we may contact you to ask questions. We cannot follow up every tip.
Your name is safe
We will not publish your name unless you tell us we can. We never share your contact details outside our newsroom, and tips are not added to any mailing list. If speaking to us could put you at risk, say so in your message.
Stay safe
Never put yourself in danger to take a picture or gather information for us. Send only material that is your own.
